I'm lucky to be not only surrounded by some of NYC's more convenient train lines, as well as 7 galleries (number growing) but also some cool supermarkets. The goods are cheap in tough times and theres a good mix of staples and one-time-only lux items and there are no hot moms in yoga gear. My fav is Mr. Kiwi's who was hooking me up with quick grabs when I was sick and didnt feel like wading through a mess of lines.
